The best aspects were its cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location close to the historic center. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The facilities, especially the main area and pool, were beautiful and inviting. The hotel also provided reliable taxis at a decent price, making it easy to explore the city. the location was ideal as it was close to the main tourist destinations and the Rajadamnern stadium.

The hotel is a short taxi or tuk tuk ride away from the bustling Khao San road, where there are plenty of restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere for tourists. the bell boys can arrange a metered taxi to take you to China Town or other areas with a wide selection of dining options. there is a local market nearby where you can indulge in various local food specialties.
The staff seemed a bit inattentive and uninterested in the guests.

Stayed here before, thoroughly enjoyed staff and food. The breakfast had a lot of options, croissants, toast, eggs and bacon. The hotel was located close enough to the popular shopping centers, Bangkok, the Golden Mount. Interesting place for 2 nights...

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and yet so peaceful with no cafes or restaurants around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the restaurant staff. The facilities were excellent, with a fitness studio, saltwater pool, and a spa centre that offered a great range of treatments. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and electric kettle.
